2004 Vintage
Harvested on September 18 at optimum brix levels, produced 19 barrels of wine from our 5 acre Cabernet Sauvignon parcel in the Stags Leap district. The wine, aged for 17 months in a combination of French cooperage, has been blended with 12% Syrah to bring added spice, mystery and balance. Our winemaking objective was to use the best fruit possible to create a luscious, flavorful wine that would linger for years to come!

Reflects our desire to bring romance back to wine and to have the wine enhance the romance at your table. The label, the words of a Frenchman pouring out his heart to his beloved, peels back to reveal fields (Who, Where, When and Why) ready for you to record your moment in time.
The Winery
“We” are Danielle Price, Director of Wine for Wynn Resorts, and John Schwartz, owner of Amuse Bouche Winery in Napa Valley. For the past 20 years, we have had the great fortune and honor to work with wine, savor it, and witness its impact on consumers as they navigate the wonders of wine and the sheer pleasure that it brings. We have watched many people commemorate special times in their lives with wine. A few years ago, we embarked on our path to create a unique wine with elements worthy of a Coup de Foudre.
