Husband-and-wife team, Pavi Micheli Lawson and Rob Lawson founded PAVI WINES in 1998. Rob is third generation in the wine industry and is a wine business consultant and former CEO of Napa Wine Company. The combination of Rob’s knowledge of winemaking and Pavi’s passion for her Italian heritage was the inspiration behind the creation of PAVI WINES and the idea to grow and produce classic Italian varietals in California. Production is currently limited to just under 6000 cases of both Dolcetto and Pinot Grigio.

Pinot Grigio Napa Valley 2007
Grown and produced in the lush region of Venezie, Italy, this Pinot Grigio is a perfect compliment to its California cousin, Pavi Napa Valley. This robust and fruity wine is crushed and pressed to ferment cold in order to preserve the delicate aromas of orange blossom, lemon, pear and pineapple flavors. This wine is balanced and refreshing to pair with cheeses, light summer pastas, spicy Asian dishes or seafood.

Pinot Grigio Italia 2007
Grown and produced in the lush region of Veneto, Italy, this Pinot Grigio is a perfect compliment to its California cousin, Pavi Napa Valley. This full-bodied and fruity wine is crushed and pressed to ferment cold in order to preserve the delicate aromas of orange blossom, lemon, pear and pineapple flavors. The wine is refreshing , balanced and very food-friendly– a delicious accompaniment to fish, seasonal pasta dishes and chicken. Or a lovely compliment to a hot summer day!

Dolcetto Napa Valley 2006
Enjoy one of Northern Italy’s most popular wines. This is a lush, medium/full-bodied wine, rich with bright raspberry and cherry aromas. The intense flavors of blackberry and spice come together in a balanced wine that is a perfect compliment to meats, pasta and pizza! It is a great everyday wine!
